Seagrove Vacay 30A is a 3rd floor end unit that puts you right at the sunny shores of Seagrove Beach on 30A and it's just a short walk to dining options and local attractions.  Open and breezy with coastal décor, our condo comfortably sleeps 6 and offers you the chance to vacation the way you are meant to!

LIVING AREA
⭐The Living room offers a comfy sofa, which opens into a bed for two.  Put on your music or a favorite movie on the flat screen TV and chill out, leaving all the workday concerns back home.  Step out to the covered balcony which is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a summer beverage of choice.  After a day at the beach, you will love winding down on this spacious balcony.

KITCHEN & DINING
⭐Whip up your favorite recipes in the bright kitchen, detailed with sparkling granite countertops and new stainless-steel appliances.  The Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to prepare your favorite meals with ease!  When it is time to eat, share meals at the kitchen table or perch at the breakfast bar.

BEDROOM & BATHS
⭐This condo includes one bedroom with a King bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds located in the hall.  The condo features 1.5 baths with access from the master bedroom and separate access in the hall for guests to have a private door to use.  The bathrooms are stocked with a complimentary starter supply of bath amenities.  The full bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

THE LOCATION 
⭐ Cassine Station is an amazing complex located in the heart of Seagrove Beach on 30A and is direct across from public beach access.  The community amenities that guests will enjoy include 2 community pools, tennis courts, a basketball court, an outdoor grilling area, and peaceful nature trails.  While you could surely spend most of your time unwinding by the sugary sand beaches, which are only steps from the unit, you will also want to venture out to experience all that the surrounding areas have to offer.  There are numerous restaurants and shops all within a few hundred yards.  Seaside and Watercolor are just a bike ride away, and you are within driving distance of other local communities such as Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Grayton Beach.

BEACH ACCESS
⭐ Renovations for public beach access at One Seagrove Place will begin in November 2024 to add ADA-compliant wheelchair access. Construction is expected to take 90-120 days, during which this access point will be closed. Alternative beach access with restroom facilities is available at Beachwood Villas to the east and Bramble Grove to the west.

⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, two laundry packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Publix, or Winn-Dixie or bring them from home.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides a private network.   The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength.  We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay.  **Bring your passwords for streaming services.**  Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Guests are allowed 2 parking spaces (not reserved). Parking is available on the north side of the building and along the east side of the parking area next to the pool and grilling area. The unit is located on the 3rd floor right next to the elevator on the north side of the building.

 COMMUNITY AMENITIES / POOL / GRILL
⭐ There are two community pools right around the corner from our townhome. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info. Grills are located next to the pool area.

IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING THE RESORT
Quiet times are from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM.
There is NO smoking in the unit and No grilling on the balcony.  The resort provides charcoal grills on the ground level next to the pool.
Keep our beaches and community clean and wildlife safe by picking up all litter and filling deep sand holes.
Please abide by all rules and regulations that are posted when you are at the community pool or resort grounds.
The resort does have one elevator located on the northside of the building and a staircase for your use.  

SECURITY
⭐ In an effort to protect the security of our Homeowners and Guests, there are Surveillance Doorbell Cameras on the outside perimeter of both the Front and Back Doors.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

BOOKING
You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST. 

EARLY ARRIVALS
We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce.  Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm.  If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant.   Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park!  Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.  

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

REFUNDS
Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
