About Us

Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO to Destin, FL in the Summer of 2011. I have over 20+ years in the Property Management field including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty Properties. Shannon is our "go to guy" and always goes above and beyond. He handles the majority of operations which includes Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners Statements, Accounting, and helps to oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands on. Not only are we available to our Homeowner's at all times, we are also available to our guest.

God has blessed us with our two children, Riley (18 y/o) and Jax (8 y/o). Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We just adore our furbabies: Jubilee, Goose, Phoebe and Hoss! We support our local animal shelters and rescues. We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it - haha), church, and of course, Sunday football. We are very family oriented and find that most of our homeowners become like family to us.

In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal and trustworthy person! If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and just be uplifted, give her a call!

We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm and a motivation to win! During my downtime, I enjoy hunting, fishing and spending time with my family. Sundays are best spent at home watching sports! I will always love the St. Louis Cardinals but regularly cheer for my new home team the Tampa Bay Buccaneers! My beautiful wife, Jilenna Parmeley, and I started Forever Vacation Rentals in 2011 from our dining room. It has been a lot of hard work, devotion and sacrifice. Our daughter Riley is attending Florida State University. I couldn't be more proud! In 2014, we were blessed with our son Jax, who is the first in our family to be born in Florida. We are honored every day to do what we love and more importantly, do it together! We would love to have you join the Forever Vacation Rentals Family!

We took a huge leap of faith when we moved from Missouri to Destin in 2010! It was without a doubt, the best decision we ever made! I would give anything to make my kids smile! Riley and Jax are the light of my life! Making my family proud is what drives and motivates me every day to succeed! My husband is my best friend and I am so blessed I get to do this crazy life with him! I cherish every moment at home with my kids and fur babies but I do wish that time would slow down just a bit. I am incredibly passionate about Real Estate and feel so thankful for my work family (both my Team and my Homeowners)! They make it all worth it!

I’ve lived here in the Destin area since 2000 and have been working for Forever Vacation Rentals since 2016 - in fact I was the first ever employee! Bowling, attending local outdoor events and surf-n-bay fishing are a few of my favorite activities. When I’m not working or spending time with my family, grandchildren and friends I enjoy spending time at home watching my favorite TV shows!

I’m an easy going guy that doesn’t hesitate to offer a hand and help others. I enjoy spending time with my family. We love doing fun things like cave tours and beach trips but also love to stay inside and have movie nights when we can. I really enjoy gardening with different peppers as my go-to crop. As a fan of college sports, Alabama is my team! I’m a certified CPO and have been doing maintenance since 2005.

Happily married father with four great daughters that are my world. I enjoy family time and trips to Disney. I can’t leave out my furry friends, we have two cute dogs and two cats. I have been going strong in the maintenance and engineering field since 2003 and take pride in my work. I’m certified in carpentry, cabinetry, automotive, plumbing and a certified CPO.

I was born and raised in Florida and couldn’t be happier. I spend as much time as I can at the beach and paddle boarding when I am not hanging out with my friends. I’ve recently graduated from the University of West Florida with a degree in Communications and Hospitality. I have been with Forever Vacation Rentals since 2021 and have loved every second of it! I’m a firm believer in working hard to play harder!
